All of Mrs. Motsinger’s students know her favorite word is “interconnectedness” and historical cause-and-effect affects the world. Her passion for integrating social studies to what’s happening in the world around us makes her extremely excited to be a part of the TCEA team.
Mrs. Motsinger serves as alumnae of both NC State University (class of 1995) and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (class of 2018). Along with her husband, her adult children and granddaughter Mia, help her to remain grounded and busy in various activities. She loves all types of music (literally), art, dance, written and spoken word. But most importantly, she feels her life and educational experiences provide her a wide lens to guide us through understanding how historical, economical, political and geographical events affect our lives from day to day.
