Education: Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a concentration in Middle School Mathematics and Social Studies

Biography: Mrs. Clough was born and raised in Attalla, Alabama, where she graduated from high school as Salutatorian and received a full golf scholarship to Mississippi State University. She was a four year letter winner for the MSU Women’s Golf Team and was an Academic All-American all four years. Mrs. Clough’s senior year she was named to the All-SEC Community Service for her contributions to the city of Starkville. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Elementary Education with a concentration in Middle School Mathematics.

Mrs. Clough has spent the last four years teaching grades 5-8. She has also served as the 21st Century Math Tutor, Summer School Math Teacher, Yearbook Advisor, and the Head Varsity Boys’ and Girls’ Golf Coach. This is her first year at The Capitol Encore Academy, and she is looking forward to a wonderful year serving the children of TCEA.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, kayaking, Zumba, cheering on the Mississippi State Bulldogs, and spending time with her husband, Adam, and their two dogs.
